PROJECT MANAGER - FIT OUT - MAIN CONTRACTOR - LIMERICK
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the
UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors
including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial,
Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.
They are seeking an experienced Fit out Project Manager for a large
scale pharma project based in Limerick
Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract
requirements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
In conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual
issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised
Maintain good client and design team relations
Attend client/design team meetings
Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings
REQUIREMENTS
*+ years experience on Pharma/Data
Centre/Hi-Tech/Distribution/Warehouse projects.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Salary € *k - € *K and
negotiable dependent on relevant experience
